Oural
As its name suggests, this parish stands on land where there was gold (aurum: gold). The legend of A Devesa and Castro about gold bars hidden underground, protected by spells, bears witness to the origin of the name. Its 437 inhabitants live in Camporrapado (shared with Pousada), O Casal, Castro, A Devesa, A Eirexe, León, Lubián, O Mato, Rebordaos and Villalapaz, covering 1.9 km2. Besides the rural tracks of the land consolidation, the parish is crossed by the AC-640 from Santiago to Vila de Cruces.
Parish church of Santa María de Oural

This single-nave church is a clear example of 19th-century historicist architecture, its façade looking back to the art of the past. Undecorated and without orders, with a classical pediment, it reflects the austere Neoclassicism proposed by Ramón Monroy in the plans for the work planned for 1818, which Prado y Vallo respected. The tower, however, returns to the Baroque bell-tower type.
Altarpieces: main altarpiece and altarpiece of Our Lady of the Rosary.
· Statues: Assumption of Mary, St Anthony of Padua, Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St Isidore.
Hermitage of San Mauro

Next to the old rectory, overlooking the River Ulla and on top of an ancient hill fort, stands this small single-nave shrine. Both the outer walls and the altarpiece were built in 1791, with the features of the transition from Rococo to Neoclassicism: sober lines that avoid decorative excess, although echoes of the earlier style remain in the finials of the bell gable.
· Altarpieces: sacramental altarpiece of San Mauro.
· Statues: San Mauro (St Maurus).
A Devesa wayside cross
The parish wayside cross stands at the main entrance to the A Devesa festival ground, near the church. It has an octagonal platform, pedestal and shaft, a square capital and a rectangular cross: on the front, Christ crucified; on the back, Our Lady of Sorrows.
Casa Grande dos Valderrama (manor house)
In Castro, it has two spectacular magnolias more than 400 years old and three wine presses.
Castro spring
About 30 m from the hermitage of San Mauro; a stone fountain from the mid-18th century.
Camporrapado spring
A curious stone fountain with washing places on either side.
